Refunds and cancellations
I want you to feel confident booking in, so here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
Appointments
- Move any appointment free with at least 24 hours' notice.
- With less than 24 hours' notice, the initial consultation deposit is kept, and other appointments count as used.
- A 50% deposit is taken when you book your initial consultation and comes off its price.
Bloods Decoded ($340)
- Cancel before your Root Cause Review (24 hours' notice): full refund.
- After your Root Cause Review: I'll refund the difference between what you've paid and the standard price of the Review ($250).
The 12-Week Metabolic Reset
- "Not for me" refund: not happy after your Root Cause Review? Tell me within 48 hours and I'll refund everything except $250.
- No lock-in: stop any time. What you've received is charged at standard prices ($250 Root Cause Review, $250 plan appointment, $130 per check-in, $250 Results Review) and the rest is refunded. Future payments are cancelled.
- The guarantee is extra coaching, not a refund, and sits alongside these options.
