Will you check my testosterone?
At your Root Cause Review I write to your GP listing the tests worth asking about, which can include testosterone alongside markers like blood sugar, insulin, cholesterol, iron and thyroid. Your GP decides which tests are right for you. I'll go through the results with you and show you what food, sleep and training can influence. Anything that needs medical treatment stays with your GP.
I already train. Why isn't the fat shifting?
Training is great, and we'll keep it. But food, sleep, stress and blood sugar often decide where the fat sits. That's why we start with your bloods and a body composition scan instead of guessing.
I can keep myself accountable. Why do I need check-ins?
You probably can. The problem usually isn't effort, it's direction. Check-ins change the plan as your body responds, which nobody can do for themselves.
Is it worth it?
Compare it with what you've already spent on gym programs, shakes and apps that didn't last. This is one program with support built in, backed by the guarantee. We'll go through the investment on your call.
Can't you just give me a meal plan?
I don't do meal-plan handouts. A meal plan runs out and you're back to guessing. My plans explain the why, so by week 12 you can make good decisions on your own.
Do I have to do progress photos?
Yes, they're part of the Reset. They're stored privately in your client file and only shared with your separate written consent. Saying no to sharing never affects your program.
Is it all telehealth?
Yes. Every appointment is by video, from anywhere in Australia, so it fits around work.
Do I need my bloods done before I start?
No. At your Root Cause Review I give you a letter for your GP listing the tests worth asking about. Your GP decides which are right for you. Medicare often covers them with a GP referral, but ask about any cost first.
Can I claim it on my private health insurance?
I'm a registered provider with Medibank. With other funds, you may be able to claim, check with your fund. Cover varies, including for telehealth.
What happens after 12 weeks?
You leave with your Keep It Off plan and the know-how to follow it. If you'd like ongoing support, we'll talk about options at your Results Review. No obligation.
